Previous experience in a small manufacturing environment with a enterpreneurial style must be evident from past work history and is essential for success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Create and manage a professional Demand Forecasting process where prior emphasis has been on high level planning and raw material/parts purchasing.· Create Demand Forecasts based upon sales history and manufactured units for the existing businesses· Create Demand Projections for a start-up business business where sales history is lacking· Based upon prior job experience, create or modify forecasting tools (i.e. Excel spreadsheets, other) for each raw material/part and all finished SKUs, incorporating reorder lead times and capacity/throughput capabilities at all critical vendors· All Demand Forecasting activities must also cross model the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) spend and the impact on both the P&L and Balance Sheet· Based upon prior experience, lead the creation of essential metrics to manage all Supply Chain activities, incorporating the essential metrics into a management dashboard for regular visibility across the organization, and discussions with all key stakeholders | ||||
